Please note that Nexaipic does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal identification information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth) to use the app. You can access all of our features immediately upon downloading the app, without sharing any personal details beyond the explicit permissions you grant for photo library and camera access (which are solely used to enable the app’s core functionality).
Unlike many other apps, Nexaipic operates entirely without the need for user accounts, logins, or registration. This means we do not collect, store, or process any personal identification information from you at any point. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, social media accounts, or any other data that could be used to identify you personally. You can use all features of the app—including age transformation, photo management, generation history, and sharing—without providing any personal details, ensuring that your use of the app remains completely anonymous.
We understand the sensitivity of facial and biometric information, and we want to be crystal clear: Nexaipic does not collect, store, transmit, or process any facial information, facial recognition data, or biometric information of any kind. When you upload a photo from your device’s library or take a new photo using the app’s camera feature, the photo remains on your device at all times. The raw facial data contained in your photos—such as facial landmarks, facial contours, skin texture, eye shape, nose shape, or any other facial characteristics—never leaves your device. We do not collect, copy, or store any of this raw facial data in any form, whether temporarily or permanently.
Nexaipic uses AI image generation technology to create age-progressed portraits, but this processing is limited to local operations on your device. The AI does not perform facial recognition, facial mapping, or any form of biometric analysis that would involve extracting, storing, or using facial data for identification purposes. The AI’s sole function is to transform the appearance of the face in your photo to reflect a different age, while preserving your unique facial characteristics—and this transformation happens entirely on your device. We do not use your facial data to identify you, compare you to other users, or build any kind of facial database, even locally on your device.
We do not create, store, or retain any facial templates, facial signatures, or biometric templates based on your photos. Even during the local processing of your photo to generate an age-transformed portrait, the app does not save any extracted facial features, biometric markers, or other identifying elements. Once the age-transformed portrait is generated, the only data stored locally on your device is the original photo (if you choose to keep it) and the generated portrait—no additional facial or biometric data is saved. You have full control over deleting these photos at any time through the app’s history management feature.
As all photo processing occurs locally on your device, there is no transmission of your photos, facial data, or biometric information to our servers, third-party service providers, or any other external entities. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any facial data or personal images to anyone, under any circumstances. Your photos and the generated portraits are entirely your property, and we have no access to them beyond the local processing that happens on your device with your explicit permission.
Even if we had access to facial data (which we do not), we would never use it for any secondary purposes, such as advertising, marketing, research, or improving our AI technology. Our AI is trained on generic, non-identifiable data that does not include any personal facial information, and we do not collect or use any user-specific facial data to enhance or update our technology. All photo processing in Nexaipic happens locally on your device. This means that every step—from uploading your photo, to selecting an age range, to generating the age-progressed portrait—takes place on your smartphone or tablet, without any data being sent to external servers. This local processing ensures that your personal photos and any associated data remain private and secure, as they never leave your device. We do not have access to your photos, and we cannot view, edit, or share them without your explicit action (such as when you choose to share a generated portrait through your preferred apps).
Nexaipic only accesses your device’s photo library and camera with your explicit permission. This permission is required solely to enable you to upload existing photos or take new photos within the app—we do not access your photo library or camera without your consent, and we do not access any photos or videos that you do not explicitly select for use in the app. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device’s settings, and doing so will only prevent the app from accessing new photos or taking new photos (it will not affect any photos or generated portraits that are already stored locally on your device).
All photos you upload and all age-progressed portraits generated by the app are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers, cloud storage, or any third-party platforms. You have full control over these files: you can save your favorite generated portraits to your device’s photo library, share them through social media, messaging apps, or other platforms (at your discretion), or delete them entirely from the app’s generation history. Deleting a photo or generated portrait from the app’s history removes it from your device permanently, and we have no way to recover it.
The app’s generation history feature allows you to view all your generated portraits, along with their original photos, for easy comparison. This history is stored exclusively on your device, and we do not have access to it. You can manage your generation history however you like: delete individual records, clear all history at once, save favorites to your photo library, or share them with others. We do not track your generation history, count your usage, or collect any data about which age ranges you select or how often you use the app.
Nexaipic offers flexible pricing options, including a coin-based system and subscription plans. All payments are processed through your Apple ID account (for iOS devices) or your device’s native payment system. We do not collect, store, or process any payment information directly—such as credit card numbers, debit card details, or bank account information. Payment processing is handled entirely by your device’s payment provider, and we have no access to this sensitive information.
We do not track any of your activities within the app. This includes, but is not limited to, the number of photos you upload, the age ranges you select, the number of portraits you generate, the time you spend using the app, or any other interactions with the app’s features.
